August Q3–Q4 2023: Project inception; core team formation and initial vision.

  • Security audits and stress testing.

  • Launch mainnet for IaaS layer.

2025: Platform Expansion & User Growth

Q1–Q2 2025:

  • Launch PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service): model marketplace, collaborative training tools, and real-time monitoring dashboard.

  • Roll out the DeCenter AI Console for GPU owners.

  • Implement pay-as-you-train and pay-per-inference billing models.

  • Launch freemium tier for rapid user acquisition.

Q3–Q4 2025:

  • Expand SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) offerings: no-code AI integration tools, vertical solutions (healthcare, retail, finance).

  • Initiate DCEN token rewards for providers and contributors.

  • Introduce decentralized data marketplace for training datasets.

  • Launch fully open-source stack and support for third-party infrastructure contributions.
